Beet hummus - an easy, healthy, festive, holiday dip!

Ingredients:

  • 1 can of chickpeas (drained and rinsed) 
  • 2 medium beets (cooked and diced) 
  • 3 tablespoons of lemon juice 
  • 1/4 cup tahini 
  • 1 tsp sea salt 
  • 1/2 tsp cumin 
  • 4 cloves garlic, chopped
