Lily Elizabeth Lam
Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Nutritional Sciences with major in Dietetics from McGill University, recipient of numerous awards in recognition of her academic excellence, member of the Ordre Professionel des diététistes du Québec (OPDQ) and lifetime member of the Golden Key International Honour Society, Elizabeth Lam is a Registered Dietitian with Medisys Health Group at the downtown Montreal clinic.
With 15 years of clinical experience, Elizabeth provides personalized one-on-one nutrition consultations and works closely with her clients, inspiring them and guiding them one step at a time, in making the best food choices that will help them reach their goals and optimize their health. She strongly believes in educating her clients so they become autonomous when it comes to food choices for themselves and their families, in adapting the recommendations to the client’s cultural dietary habits and preferences so they can continue enjoying what they eat, in encouraging self-compassion on the road to a better health and diet, and in promoting a sustainable approach to dietary changes.
Her areas of practice include weight management, diabetes, cholesterol, hypertension, thyroid health, malnutrition, gastrointestinal health, celiac disease, anemia, vegetarianism, metabolic syndrome, and preventive health. In November 2019, she has successfully completed her training in the dietary management of Irritable Bowel Syndrome with Monash University in Australia. Elizabeth is also available for conferences and workshops, and she is available to receive couples if they wish to consult a dietitian together to work on their individual goals but plan for the same meals at home.
Kimberley Paré is a Dietitian based out of the Medisys Health Group Montreal Clinic. She is specialized in sports nutrition, weight management, mindful eating, IBS, special diets and chronic disease management. She believes in an evidence-based and patient-tailored approach, using the latest research and trends to help patients navigate healthy living in a way that suits their lifestyle. She is an avid cook and athlete who takes joy in helping her clients reach their goals in an attainable and sustainable way.
A member of the Order of Professional Dietitians of Quebec (OPDQ), Rachel Malcangi is a Registered Dietitian based out of the Medisys clinic in Montreal. Having graduated from McGill University with a Bachelors of Science in Dietetics and Human Nutrition following the completion of a degree in Anatomy and Cell Biology, she has since played an integral role in the patient care process, interning in such specialties as internal medicine, gastrointestinal surgery and kidney failure, as well as consulting in areas that include geriatric care, weight management, sports nutrition and preventative health & wellness. At Medisys, Rachel provides personalized nutrition coaching as well as corporate conferences to educate and empower clients of all ages and health conditions, helping them make informed decisions when it comes to their eating habits, and guiding them towards the best choices to help them achieve their goals. Rachel leads her patients with a mindful approach towards balanced nutrition for optimal health in a way that is simple, natural, and sustainable, without compromising the enjoyment of food as part of life’s great pleasures.
